Most of our engineers are confined to teleworking in order to guarantee additional security as to their availability.
They can be contacted as usual via our "Service desk" (firstname.lastname@example.org preferred contact), by telephone and email contact. They can help you remotely thanks to secure VPN-type connections.
If an on-site intervention is necessary, it will be done mainly from their home.
However, given the start of the containment phase set up by the authorities of the countries (France, Germany, Belgium), our usual reaction times may be subject to adaptation.
These exceptional arrangements could possibly influence our contractual response times "two or four hours". Believe that our teams will do everything possible to ensure your repairs and service requests as soon as possible.
